In-House Counsel Program for Small Business

At Kafor Law Firm, PLLC, we understand that not all business owners can afford to pay the retainer fee to hire an attorney. We offer our small business clients access to legal counsel on issues ranging from contract dispute and resolution, formation and organizational agreements, contract review, contract negotiation, customer complaints, demand letters and registered agent services.

We offer an annual one time non-refundable fee for clients who choose to sign up for our discount program. Our discount In-house counsel Program include the following services

• Consultation and access to an attorney each month for 12 months
• Up to 3 demand letters each month
• 1 Contract review
• Other services at a discounted hourly rate
